1. File your nails to the length and shape that you want.

2. Use the pink side of the buffer to buff the nails until the shine is gone.

3. To get rid of any oils, wash your nails with washing-up liquid (if the nails remain shiny, repeat the buffing and cleaning steps).

4. Apply two coats of the SensatioNail Express gel shade of your choice, curing each coat for 30 seconds with the SensatioNail LED lamp in between.
